CENTRAL PARKWAY PROTECTED BIKE LANE:
WHAT IT IS: A new 5-foot minimum bike lane in each direction adjacent to the curb along Central Parkway, which will be separated from the rest of traffic by 3-foot minimum buffer zones.
WHERE IT IS: Central Parkway NORTHBOUND AND SOUTHBOUND
HOW TO NAVIGATE: Drive as you normally would, be aware of the barriers and turning right. Cyclists are given the right of way when both parties are on the road and you wish to turn right.
HOW TO PARK: When looking for an on-street parking spot on Central Parkway, motorists should look for the angled lines next to the bicycle lane, and park next to the angled lines. Be aware of parked cars!
WHERE TO PARK:
On-street parking will continue to be available on Central Parkway south of Liberty Street.
CONSTRUCTION ON ELM:
Ongoing paver construction is nearing completion. All crosswalks from Washington Park to Music Hall are open.
